We take pride in our educational products and the service we provide to those who use these products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order(s) please contact our Customer Service department at service@atplearning.com and let us know how we can better support your need for quality training.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice.
List Price—Orders of 1-4 items are sold at list price, plus shipping and handling.

School Price—Orders of 5 or more qualifying items are sold at school price (a 25% discount), plus shipping and handling.


Returns
If you need to return one or more of our products, please take note of the following:

Return Policy—Printed Products

  • Books may be returned for credit as follows:
    • Within 9 months of invoice date: 100% credit.
    • After 9 months of invoice date: No credit.
    • Credit will be allowed only for books in new, salable condition.
    • Books stamped or marked in any way may not be returned.

Return Policy—Digital Products

  • Digital products, sold either individually or as part of a package, will not be accepted for return once the serial key has been activated or after 30 days past the invoice date.
  • CD-ROMs, DVDs, or other software-based products may not be returned.
  • Premium Access Packages™ and eTextbooks may be returned for credit as follows:
    • Within 30 days of invoice date: 100% credit (serial key not activated and textbook in salable condition).
    • A return of an individual product within a Premium Access Package™ will only be eligible for a refund of the difference between the full list price of the textbook/eTextbook and the list price of the Premium Access Package™.

Product Return Instructions

  • Verify that your product qualifies for a return credit (see return policies).
  • Credits may be applied to future orders for 18 months from date of return.
  • Original sales invoice or invoice number must be included with all returns.
  • Return shipping charges must be prepaid.
  • All cartons must be clearly marked with the following:
