We process and ship orders as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day your order was placed.
Most orders placed before 2:30 PM CST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2:30 PM CST, over the weekend, or on a US Holiday will be processed and shipped the following business day.
International and Truck Freight orders require additional communication and processing time.
UPS shipments require a physical street address including apartment or suite number if applicable.
Physical items are shipped from our warehouse in Homewood, IL.
Online items are accessed via serial keys that will be sent to your registered email address by the next business day.
